About Fish Feed Vibro Screening Machine
Vibro Sifters are suitable for the processing of fish feed pellets and animal feed. The sifters have been developed in close co-operation with our customers to ensure that they meet the careful handling needs of fish and pet food. With a wealth of experience derived from extensive development and testing, our sifting solutions have been proven to cause minimal damage to pet foods, fish feed and both coated and uncoated pellets, whilst efficiently removing dust, lumps and unwanted particles, all while securing a uniform and consistent end product Maintenance and cleaning is also key. To reduce downtime, our sifting solutions have been designed to incorporate large top lids with gas struts to enable fast inspection and rapid screen changeovers. They are also fast and easy to clean to prevent the contamination of sensitive products. Versions are available in which all the inner parts of the sifter can be unmounted to allow complete accessibility to ensure thorough contamination prevention when cleaning. For ease of cleaning, the screen fastenings are designed to enable quick, tool-free removal. This also facilitates the efficient changeover of different screen mesh sizes on the same sifter to suit different product types or processes. Low energy consumption and lubrication-free motors with long intervals between maintenance help to reduce operating costs during extended production cycles, especially when continuous operation is required. Our sifters combine trusted technology with a continual program of innovation aimed at maintaining price/performance leadership. Key features Robust, low maintenance and designed for continuous operation Easy to clean (CIP-compatible) Tool-free screen replacement Owing to the special combination of oscillation, frequency of vibration and stroke length, the sifters offer extremely gentle product handling, reducing damage and losses to a minimum Operation conditions: 20 to +55 C
